Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, here's everything you need to know about our return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return items within 30 days of your delivery date
  • Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Any personalised or custom orders

3. How to Return

  • Email us at contact@DIDDAA.COM with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions
  • Securely package your item(s) and ship back using a trackable service
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.


5. Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned in a damaged or incomplete condition not due to our error
  • Items returned outside the 30 day window

6. Defective or Incorrect Items Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us immediately at contact@DIDDAA.COM with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.
